Chezmono's Thoughts On Mace Windu's "Death"

Many Star Wars fans have speculated that Mace Windu could have survived his deadly encounter with Darth Sidious. Hey, if (Darth) Maul can survive getting chopped in half and falling a great distance, who's to say Mace didn't survive his situation? Let's go over the facts, theories, and my own personal ideas.
Samuel L. Jackson, the actor that portrayed Mace Windu in the Star Wars prequel movies (Episodes I, II, and III) theorizes that his character survived his apparent death. He agrees that many other characters in the Star Wars universe have survived the injuries his endured, those would be losing a limb, being electrocuted with Force lightning, and falling a great distance. George Lucas, the creator of Star Wars is completely fine with the idea that Mace Windu survived his encounter with Sidious, but the big bosses in charge might say otherwise. George Lucas gave up his rights to the future of the canon Star Wars movies, so at this point, Mace's hands are really in the fate of Disney and Lucasfilm. We may never even learn his true fate.
Moving on, let's consider his injuries. Clearly, when Sidious used Force lightning on Luke, you couldn't see flashes of his skull, whereas you could with Mace. Most of the fanbase agrees that Sidious wasn't using his full power on Luke, hoping only to playfully torture him for Sidious' own twisted amusement. Though, for some reason, Darth Vader was killed from the power of his Force lightning. Sure, it could've been that Sidious' abilities intensified as soon as he realized what Vader was doing, but that seems unlikely considering how he appeared to be high off of torture, as weird as that seems. Plus, it seems a bit too simple to just pick up one of the most powerful Sith lords who ever lived and kill him by dropping him down the equivalent of an elevator shaft. Perhaps it was that Vader's machinery caused him to be more damaged from the Force lightning, but that doesn't make very much sense to me. I believe that there is some other reason that the Force lightning killed Vader and not Luke. That being said, it is highly likely that Mace survived the supposedly lethal Force lightning that Sidious shot at him. As for the long fall, do I even need to explain how many characters could've easily survived that?
I'd like to believe that Mace Windu survived the battle with Anakin Skywalker and Darth Sidious and his story continued on to be even more badass than before.
